The victims were later identified through a GoFundMe page established by Rhonda Powell’s cousin, Deondra Warner. They were Rhonda Powell, her son Braylon, and her nephew Hayden. Warner provided additional details that shed light on the possible circumstances leading up to the tragic event. She revealed that Jones, a member of the family, had a documented history of schizophrenia. According to Warner, he was reportedly “experiencing a mental health episode” at the time of the attacks.
