In a heart-wrenching and tragic incident that has sent shockwaves through the community, a home in Louisiana became the site of a massacre that claimed the lives of three individuals, including a defenseless 1-year-old baby and a 10-year-old boy.
On Thursday, Jan. 9, at approximately 4:39 p.m. local time, the St. Helena Sheriff’s Office received a distressing call regarding a domestic disturbance at a residence in Amite. Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers made a grisly discovery. The lifeless bodies of the two children and a 40-year-old woman were found, all having succumbed to fatal stab wounds.
