
The initial goal wasn’t just to build massive muscles for competitions but to get stronger, with muscle mass being a bonus. Soon, people noticed her gaining weight and growing muscles. A few years later, she began signing up for competitions.
When she was 17 and weighed only 150lbs, she could bench-press 220lbs. Even without knowing about the importance of protein shakes then, she achieved remarkable results. Over the years, she’s won several championships and set numerous records. For example, she won the 2014 Cup of Eurasia in Vologda, Russia, and in 2015, became the Champion of the Cup Eastern Europe (GPA).
Nicknamed the World’s Most Muscular Woman, Nataliya has impressive records in powerlifting, bench press, and deadlifting. Her bench press record exceeds 374lbs, and her deadlift record is 530lbs. She claims to hold the European bench press and deadlift titles. Standing at 5’7″, she weighs around 220lbs during the offseason.
