The manager informed the police that Chrisley had become “extremely intoxicated” and was behaving in a “disrespectful and aggressive” manner while inside the bar. He stated that he repeatedly requested Chrisley to leave the premises, but Chrisley allegedly declined, and the situation rapidly deteriorated. Subsequently, it is alleged that Chrisley slapped the manager twice across the face.
Although the manager reported to the police that he had sustained no visible injuries and declined medical treatment, he did file a police report, designating Chrisley as the suspect for “simple assault.” Notably, the report indicates that the manager was informed by one of his employees that Mr. Chrisley is a well-known celebrity.
