What made it even more touching was that Joshua had known Maria since he was a 9-year-old child.
Marti Adkins Redmond said, “Hospice workers are angels, but this hospice aide, Joshua Woodard, is truly special. Maria used to teach voice and piano, and Joshua was one of her students when he was a kid. Hospice workers are such remarkable people!”
Maria’s sister-in-law managed to record that emotional moment on video.
Sadly, Maria is no longer with us now, which makes this entire clip even more poignant and moving.
