When your boyfriend notices someone’s bothering you and you snap back with a chilly “I’m fine,” it’s the last thing he wants to hear. It signals that he’s messed up and you’re fuming inside. It’s one of those passive-aggressive ploys where you aim to dodge conflict but end up worsening the situation. Just be honest with him. If he did something to upset you, it’s better to spill the beans so you can sort it out healthily and maturely.
5. The celebrity gossip overload
We guys worship sports stars, but most of us know better than to bore you with details of their epic games. Why? Because we know you couldn’t care less. But it’s a different story when you dish out the latest on Prince Harry/Meghan Markle’s royal drama or whatever the TMZ crew is chattering about. It just grates on our nerves. That’s what having girlfriends is for, right?
